Fintech Dashboard
Etana Custody wanted a dashboard that felt bold, colorful, and complex to match the scale of a multi-asset, multi-account platform. This was a shift from the flat, minimal style typical in finance. As the product manager, I led the development effort, gathered requirements, mapped out company processes for each widget, and worked closely with frontend developers to prioritize features and implement the UI in Flutter. I also designed the interface in Figma to align with the platform’s overall vision.

/ Concept
We designed a dashboard that combined bold visuals with useful data. The area chart shows trends over time at a glance, while the donut chart breaks down holdings by account and asset. Both gave the design the color and energy Etana wanted, without losing practicality.
Etana Product Summary Sheet

/ Design
The platform’s core actions include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, adding funding accounts, and linking accounts. To simplify complexity, we focused on showing the right action buttons upfront. My design also included colored diamond icons to help tag and organize accounts and assets, which gave users a a clear view across all holdings. This visual tool will be implemented later this year Q4 2025.

/ Result
This was one of my most complex projects, both in design and product scope. I managed the overall roadmap, gathered requirements from stakeholders, and translated them into clear specs for the team. We designed for both light and dark mode and created a system the team can build on as the product grows. Looking back, there are areas I would have refined further with more time, but for a small company with limited resources, we delivered something strong that met big goals.
