Operational Workstation
ECW was one of the most complex platform redesigns I’ve worked on. I was tasked with leading the migration from our legacy CRM to a new internal system built in Flutter, covering nearly every operational process across the company. The scope was massive and often messy. I had to quickly learn every workflows while redesigning them for better UX. I also designed new dashboard designs tailored to each department to streamline workflows and improve visibility.

/ Concept
The concept for Etana Core Workstation was to focus on function over aesthetics. We prioritized simple tables and clean layouts so the operations team could work without distractions. I collaborated closely with our developers, who contributed key UX ideas like the percent complete graph and other interaction improvements. I later designed dashboard elements and flows to support tasks like tracking corporate applications per month and managing approvals. The dashboard designs will be implemented later this year in Q3 2025.

The value came from micro-improvements that added up to a smoother experience. Improved graphs showed percentage complete and percent in progress at a glance. Table layouts and workflows became easier to navigate. Building the platform in Flutter gave us a stronger foundation to keep improving the experience.
